If you bought an item in store, you can return it within 10 days of the date of purchase or the date of receipt of your order for items purchased online.Don't forget to have your bill, labels and original packaging in hand. You can exchange your items or get a credit note applicable in store and online. No refund. Only 1 possible exchange. Products in red labels (50% discount and more on the retail price are final sales.)

Items purchased online can also be returned to us by mail within 10 days of the date of purchase.Products in red labels (50% discount and more on the retail price are final sales.)Note that for items sold online, we do only credit notes in the form of a virtual gift card without expiry date. This gift card is valid in store or on the online store. To get your number from return, you must announce with us in (514) 525-5309 or in email@example.com.
4 simple steps to return the items
- Contact us to get your return number.
- Put the unsuitable item in a shipping box or bag with the original packaging, labels and invoice.
- Send us the article at the following address:
- Drop off the package at the nearest post office. Please note that the postal costs are borne by the customer.
Here you go! Upon receipt of your parcel, we will issue a credit note (gift card) of the amount of your order. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your credit note.
Conditions for online returns:
- To you need to communicate with us to get a return number: (514) 525-5309 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Any items shipped without a return number will be refused and returned to the customer at his own expense.
All products must be returned to Plein Air Warehouse in perfect condition and meet these criteria:
- Have the original labels
- Be clean and not harmed: no unusual smell, dog's hair, hair, stains, etc.
- Not worn
If the item (s) shipped do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If applicable, the product (s) will be returned at the customer's expense.
