In Quebec, we are fortunate to have a well-listed and maintained trail network. We have established our 5 must-see destinations for a small cyclo in Quebec this summer. 1. Île-de-Boucherville-Montérégie: 21 km: Family initiation

With its 21 km network of trails, the Boucherville Islands remain the ideal place for a family bike trip near Montreal. The trails are shared between walkers and cyclists. Along the way, you will find a variety of stops for picnicking and discovering the varied flora and fauna of these small islands. 2. The Petit Témis-Bas Saint-Laurent trail 134 kilometers

From Rivière-du-Loup to Edmundston, the Petit Témis is the first bicycle path that connects Quebec and New Brunswick. Throughout your journey, you will find stops to recharge your batteries and campground along the trail to spend the night. 3. Le petit train du Nord-Laurentides - 232 kilometers

Less than an hour from Montreal, the little north train is a must-see in the Laurentians, with a track of over 232 kilometers between St-Jérôme and Mont-Laurier, you can explore the lively Laurentians region on pedals. Its particularly flat course is perfect for an introduction to cycle tourism. It can be interesting to make a 100 km outing one day, sleep in one of the campsites along the road and set off again for a 100 km the next day. Île d´Orléans: Circuit Félix-Leclerc-Québec: 67 kilometers

We suggest that you take the eastern route towards St-Pétronille, continue via the South Shore and return via the North Shore. You will find stops along the way to have a picnic and soak up this superb island landscape. To close this superb tour, take the time to visit the Félix Leclerc space. This space presents a permanent exhibition on the work of this emblematic Quebec poet. You can also walk on trails that allow you to discover the interior of the island.
